The Depths of Jin Shin Jyutsu
An invitation to dive deep into the practice of Jin Shin Jyutsu - Online from the comfort of your home
This class is suitable for beginners and dedicated JSJ self-helpers.
7 Saturdays beginning June 6th, UK time 10am - 12pm
Ask questions, listen to the harmony, know (heal) yourself and explore Jin Shin Jyutsu with Ranjana on Zoom
These classes are focused on the experience of Jin Shin Jyustu you will be practising, exploring, and learning all at once.
Week 1: The Light of the 7th Depth & The Jumper Cable
Week 2: The Big B breath -- up the back and down the front, the Main Central and the 6th Depth Blueprint
Week 3: The 5 Elements and the 5 Depths
Week 4: The Controller of Human Destingy and the 4th Depth
Week 5: Down the front and up the back, Inspiration, the 3 Depth, and the Trinity
Week 6: Purity, Creativity, Attachment, Detachment, and the 2nd Depth
Week 7: Here and Now, as above so below, and the 1st Depth
There is no need to commit to all 7 weeks. You can pay for and attend the weeks you want to. Registration for this class will open after 6th April 2026. There is limited availibility. A 4 Week Online Practical Exploration of Trust, Acceptance, Letting Go, and Forgiveness with LiberatingTouch
The fastest way to break through the cycle of suffering is to let go, this can happen through inquiry, acceptance and forgiveness. Letting go is not to be confused with quitting, it is the art of surrender, the art of courage and freedom. The knowing that in emptying ourselves we can welcome wealth and wisdom. The inhale follows the exhale and life flows by giving and receiving.

Prayers for Peace

At the moment there is a lot of upheaval in the world, with war, floods, famine, and disease. We are guided to increase, intensify, and amplify our prayers for peace. To that aim we have created a 14-minute video that you can watch and chant along with.

We all have infinite gifts of wisdom and joy, imagine spending your life unwrapping them, every day opening a ‘present’ of discovery, innate serenity, a sweet embrace of precious knowing... imagine feeling that you are truly worthy, deserving and blessed... imagine knowing every time resistance shows up you can be present with it in complete awareness and experience the lightness of being all that you are.
We are not victims; we are powerful beyond measure. Even if we forget this, even if circumstance, memory, thoughts keep us replaying the roles of a victim we can always wake up from this trance of material identification; we can reconnect to the Truth.
Knowing the SELF (God-Realisation) is the endgame of LiberatingTouch®.
The goal of Liberation is that there is no goal; it is being here right now in a state of Constant Integrated Awareness, experiencing the fullness of your being, complete, free and one with everything all at the same time. There is in reality only consciousness, everything else is play. The whole of creation, suffering, confusion, enlightenment, joy, are all the dance of the mysterious divine play.
